Casas Heddy, Well-Being Resort - Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote)

The pool was a perfect retreat, especially for my brother and the kids, who loved the warm waters. We also enjoyed the fantastic classes and therapies at the wellness center.

My wife says that the mini market was overpriced.

We enjoyed to spend 4 days in single room. It boasted lovely views of the mountains. The employees were kind and good all the time. The breakfast was great, the check in was early. It had heated swimming pool too. ...

Hospitality. The service was excellent, especially during breakfast when the staff promptly attended to every need. I felt that the pool area could have had more lounge chairs, especially during peak hours.

The bathroom in my room had persistent drainage problems, causing water to spill all over the floor. The air conditioning was ineffective, especially in the heat. Lastly, the mini market prices were outrageous, charging exorbitantly for basic items.

Good intentions, flawed execution

The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm atmosphere. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options catering to different dietary needs.

Quality of food for half-board meals was inconsistent, with items often lukewarm and lacking flavor. Maintenance issues were noticeable, particularly with some of the bathrooms and drainage problems.

Inviting atmosphere, ideal if you appreciate a variety of wellness activities and efficient check-in for a smooth start to your trip.

This hotel was quite a letdown, really. The air con didn't work in my room, unforgiveable in that heat. I also couldn't believe how uncomfortable the bed was, despite their attempt to fix it. I expected a welcome gift or something, yet nothing. Such a shame, I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

During our honeymoon, we stayed at puerto del carmen and casas heddy was very good. The breakfast featured made-to-order omelettes and a variety of fresh fruits and juices. The wellness center offered fantastic fitness classes....  

The staff displayed really good friendliness. The pool area was immaculate, and the warm waters provided a perfect retreat for relaxation. While the room was cozy, some maintenance issues were evident, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the space comfortable. The breakfast, though diverse, occasionally lacked warmth which hindered the overall experience.

The pool area is a true oasis, clean as new with plenty of loungers, especially seniors. The attentive staff ensured that my every need was met during my relaxing stay.

Just a suitable option for a short visit in Puerto del Carmen with fantastic value for money. The pool area was great, especially with daily aqua gym sessions that added fun to our stay. Bring some snacks if you plan to stay by the pool all day, as basic food options are limited.

The noise in the morning was bothersome, yet the hydrotherapy pool was very nice.
